A recent study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition examined how substituting common snack foods with pecans affects vascular health, risk factors for cardiometabolic diseases, and diet quality.

The International Nut & Dried Fruit Council recently highlighted a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition showing how swapping regular snacks for pecans can boost heart health! ❤️

In a 12-week study, participants who replaced their usual snacks with 57 grams of pecans per day saw:
✅ Lower total cholesterol
✅ Reduced LDL (“bad”) cholesterol
