Pecan Meal Boneless Wings

Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup PECAN MEAL
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon paprika
  • ½ tsp sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut each chicken breast into 2 inch cubes. Set aside.

  • Whisk the eggs together in a small bowl. Add flour to a small plate.

  • Combine the PECAN MEAL and seasonings in a small plate.

  • Take chicken pieces and dip them into the flour, then into the egg, and then into the seasoned PECAN MEAL, covering each piece of chicken.

  • Add the seasoned coated chicken to the basket of the air fryer in an even layer, keeping space between the chicken.

  • Air fry the chicken at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-17 minutes, tossing the wings halfway through.

  • Sauce: Top with your favorite homemade wing sauce or with your favorite brand.
